I јυѕt gοt done wіth mу period аnd саn’t ѕtοр thinking аbουt whеn I wаѕ shopping thе οthеr day. I’m nοt magazine-cover-gοrgеουѕ, bυt I’m nοt hіdеουѕ еіthеr. Sіnсе I wаѕ οn mу period I wаѕ dressed fοr comfort. I’m really shy аnd don’t really lіkе a lot οf attention, bυt thаt day іt seemed lіkе еνеrу guy I looked аt, wаѕ looking back аt mе! Ok, well maybe nοt EVERY guy, bυt a lot more thаn I’m used tο.
At first I gοt really embarrassed аnd ran tο thе bathroom tο mаkе sure іt wasn’t obvious thаt I wаѕ οn mу period, bυt thеrе wаѕ nothing tο indicate thаt I wаѕ. Thеn, οf course, I gοt paranoid аnd ѕtаrtеd tο rесkοn аbουt whаt I hаd heard again.
I tested іt out οn a few guys bу standing near something reflective аnd watching people walk behind mе, mοѕt οf thеm looked аt mе behind mу back (again, I gοt embarrassed thаt I wаѕ ѕοmе hοw ѕhοwіng), аnd whеn I turned tο look аt thеm, thеу аll looked away!!!
Bυt іt wаѕ οnlу guys thаt kept ѕtаrіng аt mе.
Sο, саn anyone tеll mе іf іt’s rіght аbουt getting more attention frοm guys whіlе οn уουr period, аnd, іf ѕο, whу?

I’d say you were just being a bit paranoid and doubtless looking at the guys, they were just looking back because they thought you were interested!! Its acually during ovulation that women are more attractive, they supposedly give off chemicals called pheromones which attract the opposite sex.
There is doubtless something to that, look at dogs!!

I don’t know its because when us women are on we dont make to much of an effort…My make up and hair straighteners hardly get used when im on as i dont feel like it..so I don’t know its becaue we look more natural when were on that we attract more guys? lol one scheme

I doubt it would be the case when you’re on your period.

I’ve felt the exact same way & the same thing happens to me..but not while on my period, it’s always while I’m in the ovulating range…it’s so weird, but it really is right! It happens to all other animals, and humans are animals…we just prefer to reckon we’ve evolved past the point where animal attraction & phermones affect us.
These people are joking about it and don’t know what they are talking about but it is right. It hasn’t been scientifically proved or anything but guys are attracted to women more during their menstrual cycles. We do release a hormone while our endometrial layer is shedding and that hormone is secreted excessively and that is what attracts men to women. It sounds nasty but that is what they’re talking about when they can “smell our blood”. Hope this helps and corroborates what you were thinking!

this and know my husband is MUCH more interested than usual the week prior to menstrating.
Reckon about it though, it is doable, in other species of animals, the male is
attracted when the female is in heat.
I reckon mother nature knows that it takes a while for men and women to warm up to each other so making him interested while she’s menstruating makes sense. Then they become attached to each other and by q couple of weeks later ( when women usually become fertile) they are ready to have sex with each other. So, you are doubtless not imagining it. Just delight in the attention and practice your flirting!
omg, THIS IS SO TRUE GIRL everytime im on my period all my hookups immediately start calling, texting hitting me up. all at once. so like, yeah this cause of my friken period im pretty sure. i mean it doesnt make any fuckin sense cause i should be bloated and combined and i canat have sex anyways, but right tale..it happens like fucking clockwork
Exact same thing happened too me I started university and there were loads of boys intrested in me and it was the week before my period. It is scientifically proven that it is right. Just remember they might go off you after that week! x
I can tell u from my own experience….a week or so before my period, not only guys seem to pay more attention but I feel more sexy and more looked at…when in fact, I am bloated n feel larger than habitual!!! I am absolutely sure that makes perfect scientifically sense…. so… yes, ladies, I TOTALLY agree!!!

This is really right. You smell sweeter to men while on your menstrual cycle. They MAY reckon its perfume, when in all actuality they smell your hormones & menstrual blood. They instinctively become more attracted to the woman because they know they are fertile.
